We decommissioned the existing DX System and installed a new VRF system, heat recovery units and a central control system.

We decommissioned two existing water cooled chillers and replaced with two new energy efficient variable speed centrifugal chillers and associated chilled and condenser water pumps.

We installed a supplementary condenser water riser with a new cooling tower and associated pumps to supply water to fourteen water cooled package units with full BMS integration.

We supplied three new air cooled chillers and associated pumps, seven process control units with full BMS integration for a large scale data centre requiring full redundancy.

We performed a four floor fitout which included mechanical plant upgrades and installation of new water cooled package units and associated controls.

We decommissioned the existing water cooled chillers and replaced with two new energy efficient variable speed screw chillers and associated chilled and condenser water pumps. We also carried out a cooling tower refurbishment to increase energy efficiency whilst reducing overall costs.
